Montreat man nominated to lead denomination

Heath K. Rada, a resident of Montreat, has been endorsed by the Presbytery of Western N.C. as a candidate for moderator of the Presbyterian Church USA, Rada announced this past week on his website, heathrada.org. Moderator is the highest position in the national denomination of approximately 2 million people.
