'Shovel Burgler' to be arraigned in Monterey court Friday

this creep and his female partner in crime were parked in front of my house during this spree, she came to the door and tried to scam us with the old, "I'm selling magazine subscriptions to get through Cabrillo" line of BS. All of my red flags went off and they drove out of my neighborhood having been caught in the act.

So how does someone use a shovel to break into a home? Smash windows? Pry doors? Dig under?

These fine detectives did an outstanding job, I wish we knew who they were as they don't get enough credit. Good job, tax money well spent.
