Police arrested Curtis Blow, 45, of Mastic on November 10 at 8:20 p.m. at Three Mile Harbor and Tub Oarsman roads in East Hampton and charged him with DWI and aggravated DWI, both misdemeanors; and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree, a felony.
