3 council veterans leading in Duarte

Way to go Finlay and Paras-Caracci with one, two punch of arrogant Phil Reyes who finished a distant third, but enough to humbly retain his seat.

I hope Phil Reyes cleans up his acts and attitude towards the other council members, the city employees, and the business sectors, otherwise a recall in year a time could happen. The community will not tolerate Phil Reyes' antics and shenanigans anymore.
