Discuss planned bypass Monday

Paxton's number one priority: herself. We need a mayor who represents the rest of us. We need a mayor who works WITH the Council and upholds their decisions instead of her own. That's why I'm suggesting you vote for anyone but her and her hand-picked friends!

We are in the same boat here in I.T. Sadly we have to wait another two years for a mayoral election.

what is so bad about mayor quinn? he seems to have a genuine concern for the town! i dont know about paxton but i think she is better than your former mayor drake!

No way Mrs. Drake cares from her heart about Stallings and the citizens in it, Paxton she only cares about herself and Matthews and some citizens she sold votes to in the prior election.

Hey! we've got a lady politician here in Marshville we would be willing to swap for some of yours. We will gladly swap our "future felon, trailer park dwellin', cussin' church secretary, thievin', forged document writing politician for Drake or Paxton and a politician to be named later.

yes it could get worse. if we dont get the right people voted in then it will get worse. we need new ideas, new direction. not the same ol' people over and over again. mif the president can only serve 2 terms then why can local politicians stay in as long as they want to. corruption corruption corruption. lets vote new people in office!!!

I wonder about the post "Moderation Needed" i see nothing on this forum that could be construd as the post indicated. i read other forums and they use (4) letter words, call each other names and just get down right intimadating, maybe i missed something but i don't see it.

What kind of candidate would you want other than one that makes decisions on what the people want, and what is best for the Town. Thats who i am voting for. It does not include anyone that is supported or endorsed by Paxton

I want one that doesn't increase my taxes and doesn't spend money like it grows on trees. During Drake years my taxes went from $200 to over $600 per year. She brought us the PD with every officer getting to drive a town owned vehicle home. The Town has many needs.

You get so much more for your taxes than a police department Brian. I think one person who only votes to break a tie can't get the solo blame; how many times did this mayor vote that you are so quick to aimbush? Are you really a man or are you Jill?
