If the little girl was killed by one of her mothers friends...than she should also be considered an accompliss to the murder. She allowed her daughter to become friends with and associate with both of the men. Her daughter has no second chance in life! Not judging someone from their mistakes is not an option when you have children. We as parents are the only ones looking out for our children. Obviously she was no parent...just a birth canal!

I agree. How can there be no leads in this case? There was a plastic container, BEER cans that HAD to have something on them...fingerprints, dna...there were shoe prints, a bag of quick-dry cement...
GIVE ME A BREAK!!!

Have the police just put this on the back burner?
What is going ON up there???

Has everyone forgotten about this poor little sweet that was buried alive and had cement poured on top of her like she was NOTHING?

Every day I check the news for this and nothing.

The mother's story DOES NOT add up. I just read that there was a vigil or service for Nevaeh and the mother didn't show up!

That mother needs to be charged along with whoever did this...if she herself, didn't do it (which I'm beginning to think that she lost it and hit the child with something and then lied to the police and made that half baked story up!)

It drives me crazy that someone is GETTING AWAY with this awful hideous crime!

Rest little Nevaeh...you are NOT FORGOTTEN.

Charlotte,

Do you have links to the articles that said there was a plastic container and/or footprints at the site? That is the first I have heard of it.

There are many many people who have not forgotten Nevaeh...and are doing things to keep her name in the spotlight.

Hi A Mom! I just checked this thread today. I saw most of that on Nancy Grace, but she had the police chief on the phone. NG kept expressing outrage that there were beer cans and cigarette butts found on the scene...meaning whoever did this drank beer and smoked as they buried this poor child alive.
I'll look on the internet and see if I can find a link to any of it.
The police chief said that none of it should have been released to the press and would only verify the beer cans, foot prints and cigarette butts...but would not say that they were NOT related to the case.
Of course that usually means they are. The whole thing has been hushed up since that sad release...but now I can't get that child out of my head...poor dear.
I thought they also found the bag of cement.

It really enrages me to think of this monster or these monsters getting away with this.

Thanks Charlotte,

I know how you feel. Its just sickening to think of that poor baby's last minutes with such a monster. I pray everyday that they find him and he pays for what he did.

I think I do remember the NG interview now. I'll check it out (they usually have transcripts at CNN). I just can't believe they haven't found enough evidence to arrest someone yet either. I've been following the story, I live in MI and Monroe isn't far from me, about an hour.

Hopefully they will get a break soon and Nevaeh will finally be able to rest in peace.

Daily Horoscope for December 23

Pisces

Someone is in a very boisterous mood today, and you may want to make yourself scarce after a short spell in their company. Their idea of a joke may be your idea of extreme rudeness, or they could take pleasure in being argumentative just for the sake of it. Don't let this person wind you up or you'll go off pop through sheer tension.
