Shelling bonds out of OCC; Monroe police investigation continues

Cassandra Shelling, 45, daughter of Monroe School Board President Brenda Shelling, was released Monday from Ouachita Correctional Center on $1,250 bond after she was charged in the wake of a fight that occurred at Wossman High School last week.
