Updates: Divers called for rescue at Doris Lake
The lake is at an elevation of about 6,800 feet and is near Mono Hot Springs in the Sierra National Forest.
Kaiser Pass Road, the narrow, bumpy road that connects Huntington Lake to Florence and Edison lakes, opened for the season Tuesday, Sierra National Forest acting supervisor Betty Mathews said.
