HSUS: 6 Ind. 'puppy mills' are problems

The report entitled " A Horrible Hundred: Problem Puppy Mills In the United States " is not a list of the worst 100 mills in the nation, but HSUS maintains they are operations with deficiencies and inadequate attention to animal welfare based on data from USDA inspection reports , Call 6 Investigator Kara Kenney reports.

Modoc couple sue local store

21. In the suit -- filed Thursday in Delaware Circuit Court 4 by the Indianapolis law firm of Blackburn and Green -- Dennis A. Swim, 7484 W. Randolph County Road 1000-S, says the store failed "to maintain and keep a safe premises," leading to a fall that caused "serious physical injuries which may be permanent mental pain and suffering."
