Mission Viejo starts planning for how to educate residents on new...

Now that Mission Viejo is set to change, in 2020, how residents vote for City Council members, city leaders are starting to craft an education campaign to explain the new system. The City Council is creating an ad hoc committee to help city staffers develop a program for explaining the new cumulative voting process that will let people cast as many of their allocated five votes for a council candidate as they would like.
