Winter parking regs take effect in Minturn
Minturn's winter parking regulations took effect this week. There will be restricted parking on Main, Boulder and Pine Streets until April 1. The regulations call for time-restricted parking in front of: Businesses located along the southbound side of the 100 Block of Main Street.
