NEW SCHOOL Officials in Minnewaukan held a grand opening this past week for the town's new public school that was built a safe distance from the rising waters of Devils Lake.
Minnewaukan Public School held a grand opening ceremony Monday for a new school that is well away from flooding from nearby Devils Lake.
New $11 million school opens in Minnewaukan
The Grand Forks Herald reports that about 300 students filed into the facility for the first day of classes there on Thursday.
