Man in Mpls. found dead in 'suspicious' circumstances

Emergency responders called at about 5 a.m. today to help a man believed to be unconscious found him dead in what police are calling "suspicious circumstances." Police, fire and ambulance workers found the adult man in the 1000 block of Lowry Ave.
