Salina man arrested after argument
According to Salina Deputy Police Chief Carson Mansfield, police were called to 106 E. Minneapolis about 4 a.m. Once there, they were told Janet Levine, 45, had been arguing with her son, Matthew Levine, 19, about a fight he had been in, and damage to a window.
