Lighthouse Park project moving ahead
"Construction work at Lighthouse Park is progressing on schedule and should be completed by September," said Larry Waters, Public Works Director for Mukilteo.
Jeff Byerly, Ohno Construction Company's project manager, said he expects to be able to open the beachfront in June and the buildings sometime this summer, in time for the Lighthouse Festival.
Under construction are two picnic shelters and a new restroom facility, which is part of Phase I of the park project. Phase I includes landscaped areas, buildings and infrastructure. Read more
