Man killed after swerving to avoid a wreck

One person was killed Saturday morning near Jay when he swerved to avoid an oncoming vehicle and crashed head-on into a tractor-trailer. Richard D. Foster, 43, of Milton was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, which occurred about 10:15 a.m. on State Road 4.
