5-year-old hurt after father lets her operate dirt bike
MILLTOWN, Ind. A 5-year-old girl was flown to Kosair Children's Hospital Sunday morning after the off-road motorcycle she was riding flipped on top of her.

<![CDATA[RICHMOND, Ind. - Oleta J. Dubois, age 86, of Richmond, died Sunday, February 17, 2013, at her home. Born December 2, 1926, in Milltown, Indiana, to Harmon P. and Beulah I. Lynch Scott, she lived in this area most of her life. Oleta attended Milltown High School. She was an accomplished musician. Oleta played organ and piano at the First Church of God of Richmond, First Baptist Church of Richmond, Boston Christian Church, and the Boston United Methodist Church. She was also a piano teacher for over 35 years. Oleta was involved as a Brownie and Girl Scout Leader for many years. She was a member of the Christian Women's Club, Sweet Adeline's, and the First Baptist Church hand bell choir. Oleta was an avid reader, recently cataloguing over 3,000 books which she had read within the last several years. She was an excellent homemaker and wonderful cook. Oleta made and delivered candy every Christmas to friends and family. As a mother and grandmother, her love for her family was her greatest attribute. Survivors include her son, Gary (Linda) Matthews of Indianapolis; four grandchildren, Scott (Sara) Matthews, Ann (Gaar) Matthews Nolte, Brian (Tina) Vilhauer, and Richanne (Joe) Vilhauer Shank; 12 great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Marie Houchin of Richmond; niece, Darlene Houchin of Richmond; and many friends. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Judith Deanne Vilhauer; first husband, Donald K. Matthews who died January 28, 1975; second husband, Charles I. Dubois who died June 19, 1991; and her parents. Visitation for Oleta J. Dubois will be from 4 to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, February 21, 2013, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road West, Richmond. Funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday, February 22, 2013, at First Baptist Church, 1601 South A Street, Richmond, with Rev. James Spon officiating. Burial will be in Earlham Cemetery.
