'Jake's Ride' Begins Sign-Ups in Millburn for Annual Fund Raiser

MILLBURN, NJ The seventh annual "Jake's Ride for Dystonia Research" will be held on Sunday, September 28. The ride, organized by the Bachmann-Strauss Dystonia and Parkinson Foundation, raises money for research to fight dystonia, a rare neurological disorder that Jake Silverman, a 17-year old township resident was diagnosed with in 2008.
