Veterans cemetery is nearer reality as U.S. takes over Bucks parcel
A plan to build a national veterans cemetery for southeast Pennsylvania will move a big step forward today when the federal government formally takes possession of the 205-acre site in lower Bucks County .
Developer Toll Brothers Inc. is expected to sign the Upper Makefield Township farmland over to federal officials for $10.5 million at an informal event that will cap years of fights over the plan.
