MPD News Release November 13, 2009 Midland, Texas - On Thursday, November 12, 2009, at approximately 12:00pm, a 15-year-old Hispanic femaile was eating lunch with friends at Wendy's, 902 Andrews Highway, when her ex-boyfriend, 17-year-old Rafael Alejandro Dominguez, 11-3-92, walked in wanting to start a fight with another male in her group.
