Community Advisory Group named for dioxin cleanup in Bay City, Saginaw, Midland

Make that 23 people. They've have been named to a Community Advisory Group to help advise federal and state regulators during an ongoing cleanup of dioxin contamination in the Tittabawassee River, Saginaw River and Bay.
