<![CDATA[Tamara Lynn Ward LYNN, Ind. - Tamarra Lynn Ward, age 46, of Lynn, died Monday, August 11, 2014, at her home. Born October 22, 1967, in Middletown, Ohio, to J.D. and Patricia Diane Mullins Montgomery, she lived most of her life in this area. Tamarra and Neal enjoyed canoeing and camping as a couple. She loved reading books. Tamarra was a very good cook and loved gardening of all types, particularly flowers and vegetables. She was passionate about caring for animals. Survivors include her husband, Neal Ward to whom she was married in 1996; son, Chad (Ashley Nicole Lincoln) Montgomery of Richmond; daughter, Ashley (Chuck) Brinkley of Vevay, Indiana; father, J.D. (Marie) Montgomery of Florence, Kentucky; siblings, Theresa Staley of Manchester, Ohio, Paul Ledford of Franklin, Ohio, Bobby (Cora) Ledford of Hamilton, Ohio, and Steven Montgomery of Cincinnati, Ohio; mother-in-law, Alberta Marie Ward of Richmond; nieces; nephews; and many friends. She was preceded in death by her mother. Visitation for Tamarra Lynn Ward will be from 12 to 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 16, 2014, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road West, Richmond. Funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 16, 2014, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home with Pastor John Maples officiating. Burial will be in Goshen Cemetery. A commercial building in downtown Middletown has been sold. Middletown's city council voted Tuesday night to sell the former Bank One building at 2 S. Main St. in downtown to Windamere LLC for $140,000, a group is led by Chris Walden, a local artist and businessman, according to city documents.
