Drivers: Schuler seemed to be ill

MOUNT PLEASANT - Diane Schuler, who police said was drunk and high on marijuana before she sparked a fiery fatal crash on the Taconic State Parkway, looked ill twice as she stood on the side of the road, bent over with her hands on her knees as if she was about to vomit before the accident, according to a state police report.
