Harboring animals complaint leads to drug arrest

A complaint of harboring wild animals inside a residence led Sullivan County officials to a Merom area house, where officers also reported finding drug activity on Tuesday. Indiana Conservation Officer Matt Landis and Sullivan County Sheriff's Lt.
