12-year-old died from blunt force trauma to her head and neck

It was blunt force trauma to the head and neck as a result of a motor vehicle accident that claimed the life of 12-year-old Alexis Kittelson, Mentor-on-the-Lake, late Thursday afternoon, according to the preliminary autopsy reports from Ashtabula County Coroner's Office.
