This project, along with Hetch Heychy itself is a travisty against the enviroment. Lets move forward and do what is right by Mother Earth and remove the Hetch Hetchy dam so we can restore the wonderful valley in the Sierras to it's natural state.

We owe it to our children.

There could be thousands of deaths during the earthquake and many more after due to not having provisions such as water and you're concerned about travisty against the environment. You're a nut and a travisty to the human race. Disgraceful

Easy Sparky. No need to for insults.

There are several other sources from which the Bay Area could recieve a ample water supply from. There is no need to to prostitute the majesty of what was once a valley that rivaled Yosemite.

Maybe, to insure the San Francisco has a more than enough water, we should dam Yosemite also? The Delta can easily supply water to the Bay Area. Let the various districts draw from the same souce as the farmers in the valley who grow our food.

How about this novel idea? People live where the water is, and don't live where the water isn't.

A very wise statement. However since the residents of this city are clearly smarter than you, your statement is meaningless.

Can't wait for the big shake. Watching the self-absorbed feed on each other will be fun. LOL. They actually think the rest of the country will care.

Maybe Babs and Di might, contingent on profit margin of course.

Yeah, a travesty and disgraceful. Yep, thats me.
It's been 60 days yet you lack the courage to engage in any internet conversation. The enviroment can only hope you had the brains to disengage from breeding children. The Hetch Hetchy Valley is one of God's wonders. The selfish act of restricting water flow for the needs of few is wrong. We as tenants of this planet must reverse the wrong doing of our own and remove man's barrier for the betterment of all.
For the sake of all mankind, it is time to remove the dam.
