A 23-year-old Mendota woman was arrested Tuesday on a heroin charge. The Tri-County Drug Enforcement Narcotics Team arrested Danielle Miller, 23, 310 3850th Road, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, a Class 2 felony.
