Unlike the Realtor speal,it isn't just about location,location,location.Whi ch group of taxpayors built,equipped,and funded the EMS station? If one group funded it and the other group just "needs" it,hell with 'em.

This isolationist attitude of yours is just ignorant. I hope you don't travel much or own a car. If you do I hope you don't get turned away from a hospital for being a non-resident who did not build that particular building.

Not so fast Jack.This isn't about refusing care to an individual.This is about taxpayors of one locality having their income siphoned off to benefit residents of another locality.As usual the politicians don't give a shite.

Still don't see the difference that you do. New Haven pays its taxes to Lenox for those services.

If the tax burden falls equally,and citizens benefit equally;i don't have a problem with it.I would object to subsidizing citizens living in another tax district.

agreed, as a new haven taxpayer paying for the same service and now at the same price, I feel it is fair and equitable
