Jackson County meth lab man arrested

On April 20, James T. Schlifer, 52, was arrested and charged with possession of materials to manufacture methamphetamine as a result of an ongoing investigation. The Jackson County Sheriff's Office along with the Wisconsin Department of Justice Division of Criminal Investigation and West Central Metropolitan Enforcement Group Clandestine Lab Members executed a search warrant on Schlifer's residence April 21, located at N630 State Highway 108, Melrose, Wisconsin.
