If people wanted change and to create new ideas that don't cost the taxpayers, this was not the way to do it.

It is a shame that the levy was voted down, yet we as a community did not vote new board members in. It is my opinion that most people did not pay attention to the Board member positions. I was hoping that at least two out of the three positions would be filled by new candidates. It you notice the voting numbers, about 14000 people voted on the levy issue yet only 10000 or so voted on the Board Members. Too bad we did not pay attention like we should have!
