KU, Seward County Community College partner to offer courses for older learners
The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at the University of Kansas and Seward County Community College/Area Technical School in Liberal have formed a partnership to offer classes to adults 50 and older in Grant, Gray, Haskell, Meade, Morton, Seward, Stanton and Stevens counties.

Attorney General Steve Six announced today that a Meade County jury convicted 58-year old Donald Ray Dean of Meade on multiple charges associated with the molestation of a eleven year-old female.
