Zoners require paved lot at Mitchy's Kitchen

they are just like the east berlin borough council ! not happy unless they are screwing with someones life ! I`ve lived in mcsherrystown and there`s not a damned thing wrong with the parking lot at mitchy`s kitchen ! I would suggest that their customers start a letter writing campaign , flood the zoning office with letters telling them to leave the place alone ,and remind them that the people are the bosses not any elected or appointed official ! remember where the ,"we the people ", comes in to it all !

Paving this lot would not be beneficial to either the owner, the neighbors or the environment. Everybody knows that this particular area has a drainage problem as it is. An unpaved area provides natural drainage into the soil, instead of pouring it out onto the street and into the already clogged sanitary sewer lines.
Leave it up to the local pseudo-politicians to screw up something that ain't broke. Show thy power, oh lordly ones and lead us in thine wonderous ways. Right. |

Hey ,, how about making the place WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY,,,,can't even get a wheelchair in the dore without lifting up a step,,,, I guess they just care about stupid thigs that don't matter.
