When you play musical chairs the person left standing is out of the game. The tenant should be grateful for the time he could squeak in there and now move on. Since 2005 he has known there was a problem with water quality. Three years is enough time to relocate. And there are alternatives, I know for a fact there's unused pastures in Orick.
The tratment plant discharge flows down that hill and then directly into the Mad river. The area reeks of cow dung. A dairy operation doesn't purify the water, it contaminates it with sh*t. This isn't the old days anymore when rivers were considered natural sewage pipes. |
