If she ran away from home, changed her mind and wanted to go home, and Hose prevented her, then it's abduction. Hose's sentence is not a miscarriage of justice; the court found plenty of evidence to find him guilty. The court's ruling was ludicrous that she should've known to file suit because the clock was running. The judge just didn't want to deal with it, knowing Kach would file an appeal. The problem is, the police did very little to find her, and the school district knew of the relationship between Hose and Kach and did nothing to stop it. That's negligence and the court should do something about it.

You do not need to file a lawsuit to obtain qualified RTK information from any public entity. If they refuse you after 5 business days, first contact a local talk show host. A talk show phone call is much cheaper than a law suit and it gets their attention (and many unwanted others). You can also file a complaint with the Bar Association or Ethics commission if their legal staff keeps blowing you off. It is all in the news articles, feel free to read them. Tanya's father is a wonderful man, he never would do such a thing, I agree with you Molly, REALITY CHECK, JEN G. People always accuse right with the question when they want to find fault with a error made and not get the mistake clarified. But yes, a retired police officer was accused in Mckeesport of raping a woman in a park, meanwhile, Kimberly Krimm is no longer with us, seems to be all tied in connected to me, thanks for helping get it clarified about such people. Mr. Sokol retired from the police department in 1989, ending a 23-year career, after he was accused of raping a woman at a park. He was tried in 1990, but a jury was unable to reach a verdict in the case.
