Required reading for the SS. School Board criminal Mr. Spinozza got about $9.15 per for each day in the slammer from his $5,000 bribe, if he did not have to surrender it.

Should the SS consider reopening proposals for the CM contract?

In view of the following and $230,000 up front without justification, it may be very prudent to reopen the RFP. PPM was not responsive as Mr. Donato stated.

Pa. school board member pleads guilty over bribe

The Associated Press

A northeastern Pennsylvania school board member charged as part of a wide-ranging corruption probe has pleaded guilty to a federal bribery charge.

Former Hanover Area School District board member Anthony Spinozza admitted Monday to taking at least $5,000 from a contractor who did business with the district.

Spinozza, of Wilkes-Barre, resigned from the board last week. He faces 12 to 18 months in prison under federal sentencing guidelines.

YES WE CAN! LOOKING FOR 10 OR CITIZENS WILLING TO SIGN A REMOVAL PETITION?

North Schuylkill school board axed

BY PETER E. BORTNER

Published: Wednesday, June 24, 2009 8:44 AM EDT

Eight North Schuylkill school board members lost their positions Tuesday, as Schuylkill County Judge D. Michael Stine granted a petition for their removal that had been filed by 54 district residents.

“That’s something I don’t think we’ve ever seen before,” said Sean Fields, assistant counsel for the Pennsylvania School Boards Association Inc., after learning of the order that resulted from the continuing controversy over the board’s attempt to install solicitor Mark Semanchik as district superintendent.

Board President William Rogers, Vice President Jane Rapant, Treasurer Christine Heyer, Robert Wetzel, Phil Rapant, John Motsney, John Misiewicz and Edward Balkiewicz not only lost their positions but, under the terms of Stine’s two-page order, cannot serve as a school board member in any district in Pennsylvania for five years.

Stine’s order leaves the district without a final 2009-10 budget and with a school board comprised of only one member, Robert Orth, who is a defendant in the case but whose status the residents did not challenge.
“This case was a shame, but it’s something that had to be filed,” said Lloyd R. Hampton, Fountain Springs, lawyer for the 54 residents who had sought the members’ removal.

If all it takes is some signatures, let us know where to sign . I'll be there in a skinny-jiff.
I'm just dying for one of these professional
ass-lickers to scream at me in public. I'm sure the few that know me won't, but I'll gladly pay the dis-orderly conduct for back-handing them across the mouth. I'm more concerned about what I might contract from their mouths if the skin on my knuckles is broken. I don't want to catch their gutless, spineless, bobbin-head, kiss-butt disease.

Unlike you knee-benders, I don't have a leader. Kissing ass is not a part of my employment. Exactly what I said, the ones there that know me wouldn't have said poop years back & should they now actually believe they can play bully while hiding behind some small flunkie town title ? You bow & geneflect to them, that's your business Anyhow, I don't even know Shelly. All I know is we have a bunch of useless politicians that accomplish nothing but look for ways to pad the pockets of their cronies & themselves ,cover their asses so they can continue to seek re-election & allow the joke of McKeesport politics to continue.
Meanwhile, tuff guy, kiss my cyber ass.

Justice will be demanded in the town of the 2 rivers as the payer of taxes cries out to the town of washington. The six will then be ousted for their wrong doings at the beckoning of their leader, and justice will prevail.

Quatrin 12 Sec XII:
In the town of the twin rivers that flow north, once the ball gets rolling it will have a snowball effect and the many will demand justice. The Major shall command his armies and would be a good starting point for said signatures as he championed the draft with many signatures that caused the district of the tiger to at least look at building a school on the the site of Cornell. He will continue his fight until justice comes to rest in the town of the Tigers.

Maybe with the 3 new incoming board members we should petition them to not hire Tedesco as project manager? I am quite sure since they ran for all the right reasons they would not have made the decision to hire an ex-board member at a much higher price than another district based company with more experience.

==========
Wishful thinking, I wish it could be true. They wouldn't have been chosen if they didn't have the holes in their backs for the lying puppet-masters to insert their hands to work their heads & mouths. Probably just more city-hall controlled cyborgs. Please, new 'school board members' prove
me wrong & show us you guys actually are capable
of an independent thought or opinion. I will be the first to come here & offer a most sincere apology.

Wake up, your are dreaming and totally lost!

Read the Daily News. The three directors that will be leaving the SB were the only three that opposed Tedesco.

How could three new three directors provide any stronger opposition?

If anything, Tedesco will have all nine votes in his pocket. Remember two were endorsed by MDC and the other receives funds from the City for his place of employment. Conclusion - City has all votes in their pocket.

This is what the voters wanted and they got what they deserve. And the home rule charter protects the city employees, so said a judge.

See how nice the HRC is working - City controls the MASD school board. Read all about the lost challege to the HRC:

I think the last of the largest businesses are leaving Mckeesport, and more businesses will be folding afterwards.
The mayor has screamed at several others to our knowledge, recall Yeah Right on here? He left to move to Upper St.Clair I believe but moved out unable to sell his house out by or on Jenny Lind. After he said he was leaving finally, we never heard from him again. Yeah Right had mentioned he thought of calling up the mayor for old times sake and getting yelled at again as he was yelled at in his face by the mayor before. Several others on here mentioned being yelled at previously, and there are people on other web sites I seen mentioning about it.
Seems he has a short fuse, and not much logic going on but in his mind he must be calling himself a failure more than other are because of how he seems to not be too certain. The mayor of seems to be more concerned about the personal future of his, and as may be easily noted in the interviews about EchoStar leaving on more than one channel of the news. KDKA did a investigative report as to the real reasons of the closing, and seems Eddie said the same before it was on TV. That causes one to believe the mayor may be Eddie, but Eddie may know the mayor and have spoken with him as to his feelings on matters. Even if the mayor could prove he sent people to EchoStar, how many? Would even three be very effective? Out of the several people even if twenty which there is no evidence of such at all, how many failed a drug test?
I guarantee you that many in McKeesport were completely unaware of openings there, as seemed to have a loaded parking lot continually on a daily working basis.
If they had asked for workers, the results may have been much better for Mckeesport as far as that goes. They still may have not seen Mckeesport as needed, which to me the money offered by tax payers amounted to not much more than bribery in the first place.
I do not foresee any more money coming into the city, as budget for the state was drastic and last agreed out of all fifty United States.
Unemployment is well over 17.6 million even if unemployment has slowed down nationally, the rate is quickened to a higher rate and will continue until people are dealt with in a much better manner as to not being yelled at.
I did speak to people about it, and they know that I am certainly telling the truth. I speak to more people than anyone may realize, and think citizens will need to stand up for one another.
"We are our brothers keeper." -We are to be courageous in dealing with those whom will deal wrongfully with Mckeesport citizens that are willing to do something.
White Lightning, I think we have met already, and if not is coming in the near future. Doing is far better than being froward, I am willing to speak to anyone needed to result in better changes for everyone.

So much for watching our tax dollars. To hire a friend the kids of the district will suffer. Books, pencils, paper would have been a better buy than services from Tedesco.
