Sucessful project? For who?... The City Father's mislead the rich developer with $1.4M in incentives without telling him that the project falls under the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act. Then workers on the project are cheated in wages, and many have NO health insurance, so they can be dumped into the emergency rooms where we all have to pay.
Sounds like Robbin Hood in reverse to me! Watch this project...everyone is leaving the dump like rats on a ship! |
