Residents say homemade cannon rattling windows in Anson Co.
Residents said they contacted Eyewitness News because a man has been repeatedly firing the cannon on his property in McFarlan.
Mary Harney Northcutt, 76, wife of Med Coleman Northcutt Sr., died May 6, 2013 at Anson Community Hospital in Wadesboro.
