Dog rescued from icy Fort Mill creek reunites with owner
After running from the sound of fireworks on New Years, Polly, a chow dog was freed by Fort Mill Rescue workers Sunday night from an icy creek where she was thought to have been stuck for more than 24 hours.

Police found prescription drugs and ecstasy pills in the back of a 19-year-old woman's car Tuesday evening.
Severe weather hits Chester County
A severe weather system passed over Chester County from about 6:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. The National Weather Service had issued a tornado warning for the county, which was to expire at 7:15.
