Chesterfield plans academy to reduce schoolsa drop-out rate
In recent years, Chesterfield County's countywide graduating classes have been losing about 500 students who drop out because they weren't able to find success in the traditional high school setting.
Dozens of parents rallied yesterday outside Chester Middle School to protest proposed attendance patterns they say will change where their children go to school.
