The way I see it if the phone co or electric co can stop their service to people for not paying then Matewan should be able to do the same..They should either pay or dig a toilet hole.. It's not fair for some to pay and the ones that don't just go right on flushing..

the way i see it, the phone company and electric company owns the service ut through red jacket and the county of mingo. the town of matewan does not. the town can not come in and shut anyones water or sewer off. so if you ve got a hole in your back yard US IT. i ve seen you on many other threads you always think you know it all. but know nothing, get a life.

You're so transparent you are probably a non payer that keeps on flushing.and if you really are there needs to be a way to shut you down so you will go back to using your old $hithole..Everyone should pay their bill and if not then you should be reckoned with..Start digging..

The way I see it shut their water off if they don't pay, why should they get free service when other ppl have to pay? TAKE THEM TO COURT THEN THEY WILL PAY!!!!!

You're probably going to pay even more. The line to the new school and the land the developers intend to build on is going to run down the mountain and hook into your system they got a grant to start it, but you can bet they'll be back with another rate hike. You're lucky though, we can't even get a line up Pigeon Creek.
