Mitchell to run for commissioner

i think its a wonderful thing the man does know what he's doing!

I think it will be great if he can run the Owners of the Sargent Country Store out of town and get s good Reliable Store in the town that gives to the Community and it's people instead of taking away by Greed.

He's never known what he was doing unless he was breaking the law. Here we go again with the famed Jamed D. Mitchell, outstanding citizen who was a lousy no good theif of a sheriff. Used inmates for his own personal gain, had his home remodled by an inmate that he had bench warranted from T.D.C. Hired County elected officials children to work the cushy shifts at the Sheriff's Office. He was a stagnant no pride piece of trash. Still is. The man will promise you anything to get re elected. And as Commissioner, I'm sure there is some personal gain that he would get from that position. He Needs to move to another state. Or Maybe in with Mark Holland, or better yet, Raymond Deleon, The rapist that was a Deputy in Matagorda County.

Hey Crock, get a life, like one said "HOW WAS PRISON"? James ran the Sheriffs Office very well from what I hear from the deputies now. The employees there now are MISERABLE with Mathis in office and the morale is rock bottom. Mitchell,Freida,Holland,Jeanet te Bell and Mr Miles ran thier prespectice divisions very well, I wish they were back. We never see Mathis, I guess thats a good thing, but we have to see his worthless Chief Deputy Bruce Page , who he sends in his place. Page brought some of his worthless terrible friends with him when Mathis took office, big mistake. No report with the commissioners court, no report with our elected District Judge, no report with the Bay City Police Department, no report with his own employees, NO WONDER ===== NO RE-ELECTION.

Wow, you say that Mathis is never there. Well, while I was passing just the other day, I waved to him as he was getting into his car. SO, he must have been there. Maybe you should stake out the sheriff's office more or clean your spy gear. Mathis is a reputable man with integrity. Can't say I've heard too many tings bout the other fella but "JUICY" gossip. You said it best, "gossip." Juicy is a sheriff with a criminal record, you know, FBI number. Maybe you need to go inside and ask to see it. Or maybe you're scared to.

Well, I would not say that I am scared. I just don't house myself in the county jail; therefore I do not feel the need to go inside. In my social circle, we have never seen the inside of the jail. Mathis' reputation with BCISD, in my opinion, "He was the man to count on." "He could get the job done." I beleive that is the kind of Sheriff he is also. Besides, the public voted for him; therefore, he must have a lot of fans like me. Matagorda County needed to be heard and they were. MATHIS IS SHERIFF!

The Boat parade was great..But we were appalled when we saw ex-sheriff MITCHCHELL riding in the Constable's boat, don't remember seeing him in our parade before. Maybe we just missed him-or is election year??..
Who gave him permission to ride in a county vehicle?..Was a release of liability signed??..Were any other candidates invited to ride in the boat??..Just food for thought!!
if Mitchell wins the election the whole community will be taken for a ride !!!...
