Who would want to sink a bunch of money into a tavern now days? With road blocks and police targeting everyone that leaves a tavern no way a tavern is going to do enough business to survive and that is exactly what everyone wants so no problem. Most only stay open because they have been in business for years and even then go under so everyone is happy. No one working and no one spending any money so everyone is getting what they want.

It looks big enough to make a good dinner theater. One possible draw might be to showcase local talent.
