Buckton Man Charged After Domestic Dispute

Massena-based State Police arrested Marcus A. Shatraw , 19, of Winthrop, NY for one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and one count of Harassment 2nd subsequent to a domestic incident in which Shatraw is accused of striking, head butting, and pulling the hair of his girlfriend while she held the couple's 8-week-old daughter.

I agree..Just because marcus smacks around his gf while she is holding the daughter does not mean he is a bad father! I mean he didn't hit the daughter right?
