WADDINGTON – Mr. David P. “Dino” Dean, 66, of 167 McGinnis Road, passed away Monday evening, September 15, 2014 at Upstate University Medical Center in Syracuse. David was born February 12, 1948 in Massena, the son of Raymond P. and Ruby I Fetterly Dean.
