Former A&P executive sentenced for ticket scam

A former senior vice president of a supermarket chain who sold more than $1.2 million worth of concert and sports tickets meant for the store for his own gain has been sentenced to three years in prison. U.S. District Judge Kevin McNulty sentenced John R. Moritz, of Mason, Ohio, on Wednesday for selling the tickets meant for the A&P supermarket and liquor store chain.
