Man solves lack of vehicle registration by borrowing other tag

MARY ESTHER Which tag belonged to which vehicle? It was a confusing situation but an Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office deputy eventually got it sorted out and charged a Seagrove Beach man with attaching a tag not assigned to a vehicle and driving without insurance.
