Harry was born July 29, 1928 in Bellaire, a son of the late Harry Dobson and Virginia Shannon Dobson-Vavra. He was retired from Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel's Martins Ferry plant, a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Neffs, OH, and the United Steelworkers Union, and a former member of the Moose Club of Bellaire.
