My granfather used to be a deacon there. Miss that old church. Glad to see its still active. And glad the tornado missed the church...

The tornado did finish the old building. The building was old and had structural problems, however, it did not take a direct hit, but the tornado passed by the building by just a few feet and the force of the tornado caused a complete loss of the old church building. They were able to salvage some of the later addition that had been built on, but the old church building is gone. They now have a beautiful new worship facility. You should visit sometime.

My dad is the pastor of the church and the inside looks just like the old one did its cool.
