Robbery, carjacking suspect charged

A Slater man who authorities say robbed and carjacked a teenaged hiker at Jones Gap State Park on Halloween night was in jail Monday following a manhunt that left him with injuries from a police dog that a year ago nearly died after being stabbed by a fleeing suspect.
