Maribel man charged with child pornography possession
A 38-year-old Maribel man is charged with 10 counts of possessing child pornography after investigators found images of 10 different children engaged in sexual acts, according to a criminal complaint filed June 4. Smedley D. Butler told investigators May 21 he purchased a membership to a child pornography Web site, according to the complaint.
